Keys are left for you in a keysafe. The Security deposit will be returned by us when the housekeeper has confirmed everything was left in good order.

You can also pay by bank transfer in Euros or Sterling- ask us for the bank details.

By signing this form you confirm you agree to our Booking conditions- NB the arrival/ departure times.

BOOKINGS. The person who makes the booking accepts these Terms and Conditions on behalf of all members of the party and agrees to comply with them. By making this booking you confirm that you are acting with the consent of the party you are making the booking for. No reservation will be accepted from any person under the age of 18.

BOOKING DEPOSIT. On receipt of your completed Booking Form and 25% deposit, the house will be held for you until the full rental fee has been paid. This is due 6 weeks before the rental starts.

CANCELLATIONS. If you cancel the booking no refund can be made for any monies already paid. Travel insurance is strongly recommended. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the booking but in this very unlikely event you will receive a full refund of all monies paid.

BED LINEN, COTS & HIGH CHAIRS. All bedding is provided. Visitors must bring their own beach towels. One baby cot and one high chair can be provided but must be pre-booked.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE. To allow for the house to be prepared for the next letting visitors must clearly understand that it will not be available before 4.00 p.m. on the arrival date. On the day of departure the visitor must arrange to leave NO LATER THAN 11.00 a.m.

CLEANING AND LAUNDRY CHARGE. A one off cleaning and laundry charge of £150 or €160 is payable with your balance to cover the changeover costs.

SECURITY DEPOSIT. There is a £250 or €250 security deposit payable. This is sent back after the housekeeper has checked the house for damage. You will need let us have your bank details at the end of your stay so we can return it.

BREAKAGES AND CLEANLINESS. The house is made available for letting on the understanding that if is left in a clean and tidy condition at end of the rental period. The visitor must ensure that all waste is removed from the premises. The visitor will be held responsible for any damage or breakages that occur and such incidents must be reported to the Owner and the required compensation paid for. Visitors are not permitted to move furniture or equipment without prior consent of the Owner. If approval is given to move anything, it will be the visitors’ responsibility to return the same to the original position before departure. Equipment must not be moved from the premises for use outside.

PERSONAL INSURANCE COVER/LIABILITY. Visitors are strongly advised to obtain holiday insurance with suitable cover. The use of the accommodation is at the visitor’s risk and no liability will be accepted by the owner for any loss or damage of belongings, or personal injury, or death however incurred. Your insurance company will be pleased to advise you.

CONTRACT. The visitor and his/her party have the right to occupy the accommodation for the purpose of a holiday only. The accommodation is to be occupied by the confirmed party ONLY and no authority will be given for other persons (other than those accepted by the reservation) to have access or use of accommodation unless permission has been requested and agreed by the Owner. Under no circumstances may the number of persons exceed the maximum number of persons as quoted. It is not permissible to assign, let, part with possession of the accommodation, nor allow any other person other than those named on the Booking Form received to occupy the accommodation.

WINDOWS DOORS AND LIGHTING. The visitor is responsible for the security of the house and must lock the front door and all windows when it is empty. His/ her party must ensure that all indoor and outdoor lights around the house are switched off when not in use.  

MATTERS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. We take no responsibility for matters beyond our control, e.g. war, civil unrest, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, bad weather conditions, building works etc. and we cannot accept any liability.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE for pool safety and agree not to allow climbing on the roof or trees. The Pool is available from June to September only.

Note: It is advisable to arrange insurance against cancellation of your holiday.
