50 % of the rental is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining 50%, plus a 300 Euro damage deposit is required no later than 60 days before the start date.

Payment should be made by bank transfer to the owners account.

The Bijou is available from 5pm on your arrival date and must be vacated by 11am on your departure date.

The villa is for adults and accompanied young people aged 13 and over. No pets can be accommodated.

Cancellations made greater than 30 days before the arrival date are subject to a full refund. Cancellations made between 14 and 30 days are subject to a 50% refund. Cancellations made below 14 days , no refund.

The damage deposit of 300 Euros will be refunded by bank transfer within 7 days of the completion of the rental period, subject to any adjustment for damage or losses.

 

 

Note: It is advisable to arrange insurance against cancellation of your holiday.
