Long Winter Lets
Are you are considering moving to France and want to experience 'normal' life before fully committing? Or perhaps you are in the process of buying a property and need somewhere to stay while you look for your new home. Or maybe you just want to spend the winter months in a warmer climate! Many of our properties are available as long term winter lets as demand drops in the off peak season. Costs are a fraction of those charged in the summer months as owners would sooner see their properties lived in than stand empty.
Year Round Sun in Var
The South West of France enjoys a hot and sunny climate during the summer, but this also translates into mild winters which makes the area a great destination for a holiday at any time of the year. Located in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region, it mixes the exclusivity of the French Riviera with rugged countryside. Agriculture features heavily and some of the local produce includes olives, figs and honey. It's also famed for its wine production, the town of Bandol is particularly revered for its red wine.
