Le Mas de Corbier is an exquisite farmhouse situated in the Correze, close to the Dordogne/Correze border and near the village of Lubersac. It is only 40 kms south of Limoges and is easily accessed from the A20 autoroute. 

The property consists of a farmhouse sleeping 7 + a baby, a small unoccupied gite, a large barn and a lovely 12 x 5 m swimming pool with safety alarm, all for the sole use of guests in the farmhouse. It is set in 4000 sq m of private gardens with breathtaking views over the Correze countryside. When you are sitting in the conservatory in the evening with a glass of wine looking out at the garden and pool, while the kids watch TV, or you have chosen to relax in the sun-room with a good book, we know you will not be disappointed that you chose this property for your holiday!

This very spacious house with 4 bedrooms and 3 toilets will accommodate 7 people very comfortably, and an extra person may be accepted at an additional cost.  There is also a cot & high-chair provided free of charge.

Ground Floor:

• Living-room – comfortably furnished. open wood-burning fire, a widescreen TV (Sky), VCR, DVD & CD players, videos, DVDs, books, games.
• Dining-room – farmhouse table and chairs.
• Kitchen – very well-equipped and having a large gas cooker with oven, grill, & 5 burners, American-style fridge & freezer, microwave, toaster, cafetiere etc. 
• Conservatory – overlooking garden and pool, is large and spacious with cane suite, sofa-bed, chairs, coffee table and music centre.
• Sun-room – bright sunny room with unique indoor barbecue, table-bench and stools.
• Bathroom – large shower, vanity unit with wash hand basin, WC.
• Toilet – additional separate WC.
• Bedroom – double bed

First Floor:

• Bedroom 1 – double bed
• Bedroom 2 – 2 single beds
• Bedroom 3 – 1 single bed

All bedrooms have adequate furniture including bedside tables and lamps.

Outside:

• Lovely 12 x 5m chlorine-free swimming pool with Roman steps and large terrace with sunloungers for sunbathing.
• Small gite with washing-machine and extra WC.
• Patio area with table, chairs, parasol and barbecue, overlooking garden & pool.
• 2nd smaller patio area from sun-room and leading to garden.
• Barn with games room featuring a full-size table-tennis table, pool table and darts board.

We are in a peaceful rural location approx 6 kms from the town of Lubersac, which has a huge range of facilities and amenities – supermarket, petrol station, banks, post office, bakeries, butcher, newsagents, gift shops, hair-dresser, library, tennis courts, go-karting track, computer room with free internet use, local restaurants, bars, public gardens, markets, swimming pool, lake, leisure centre and tourist office.
