The apartment is in a 3-Star apartment building right on the beach, designed in the traditional style of the big hotels here in Cannes. It has a vast reception area opening onto lovely gardens with a beautiful circular swimming pool, which has a central island and bridge.

The Boulevard du Midi which is a lovely beach front boulevard and one of the focal points of Cannes, runs in front of the apartment building and is a popular pedestrian street with palms, beautiful flower beds and fine shops and restaurants.

The Apartment has two rooms and a large balcony with wonderful views of the beach and the Mediterranean and of the pool and gardens, where you can sit and watch the sun set over the Esterel Mountains.

It has an open plan living room with convertible sofa beds and a kitchen and dining area, equipped with an oven and hob and fridge/freezer. There is also a double bedroom and a bathroom. The satellite television has English, French and German channels.

There is underground video security parking and direct access to the beach through a short pedestrian tunnel.

About the location

In the hills behind Cannes is the elegant old town of Grasse, famous for its perfumes and essences and surrounded by mimosas and the fields of roses and other flowers, which go into making them. Mougins is one of several traditional Provencal villages with some excellent restaurants.

Located at the seaside and near the market place, Cannes-le-Village, this building is constructed in accordance with the traditional palace style of the grand hotels of Cannes.
