Old XIXth century farmhouse facing the Pyrenees, La Cougère, restored in 2003, with private swimming pool accomodates its hosts in a cosy and neat setting. The owner, an actor keen on gardening, has managed to stage the environment of the house, a true arrangement of flowers and selected plants.

3 km from the charming village of Aspet, on the road to the passes of the “Tour de France”, the hamlet of Cerciat offers a viewpoint on the mountains. The house (2476 sq ft) opens on a 27 acres landscape park..

Half slope, in the heart of the park, the swimming-pool (10mx5m) which is reserved to you is nestled in the old rose trees, psilostemons, viburnum, hydrangeas flower beds. According to the seasons, the orchard and the kitchen garden will offer delicious fruit and organic vegetables to you.

House of 6 rooms on 3 floors leading to a broad central staircase. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets

Ground floor:

• Kitchen/dining-room - opening on a terrace. Large country fireplace, dishwasher, gas cooker and oven, refrigerator, quite a few household appliances.
• Living-room - opening on a terrace, bookcase, Hi-Fi, Tv-Dvd. ,Internet acces free and unlimited.
• Bathroom (bath).
• Toilet - independent.
• Utility room - large fridge-freezer, washing-machine, board and iron.

First floor:

• Bedroom 1 - large room with balcony (bed 160x200).
• Bedroom 2 - with balcony (bed 160x200), bathroom (shower), dressing-room and independent toilet. .

Second floor:

• Bedroom 3 - large room, 2 beds of 90x190.
• Bedroom 4 -  (bed 140x190).
• Bathroom - (shower) with toilet.

Outside:

Private swimming-pool from May 1st at October 30th.  Two terraces and a fitted outbuilding, garden furniture, hammock, barbecue set, plancha, private parking-place.

• Flowers for bouquets, fruit, vegetables to be picked  according to the season.
• Internet access and tel. free and unlimited.
