Old XIXth century farmhouse facing the Pyrenees, La Cougère, restored in 2003, with private swimming pool accomodates its hosts in a cosy and neat setting. The owner, an actor keen on gardening, has managed to stage the environment of the house, a true arrangement of flowers and selected plants.

3 km from the charming village of Aspet, on the road to the passes of the “Tour de France”, the hamlet of Cerciat offers a viewpoint on the mountains. The house (2476 sq ft) opens on a 27 acres landscape park..

Half slope, in the heart of the park, the swimming-pool (10mx5m) which is reserved to you is nestled in the old rose trees, psilostemons, viburnum, hydrangeas flower beds. According to the seasons, the orchard and the kitchen garden will offer delicious fruit and organic vegetables to you.
