A beautiful, stone-built, Norman farmhouse, facing south, built in the 17/18th century. Completely renovated in 2002 it is situated in grounds of 5000m2 (over an acre). The gardens have been planted with an avenue of young beech trees.
The house is situated in very pleasant, undulating countryside on the edge of Lake Dathée, 300 metres away, and 5 minutes from Vire.

- Cloakrooms with two WCs, vanity unit, coats stands and washing machine, iron.
- Dining room 60m2 - with large mezzanine - facing south with viewes over the lake and countryside, large patio.
First Floor

About the location
This beautifully renovated 17th century property is comprised of two gites which have outstanding and uninterupted views over Lake Dathée and the surrounding countryside. The gites, appointed to a very high standard, are semi-detached but completely independent.
The quiet, rural situation promises peace and tranquility, but easy access to local amenities. The sailing centre is nearby and the 18 hole Golf de Vire is on the far side of the lake.
