Suitable for up to six people, this ideal base for exploring the Roussillon area is only 20 minutes away from the vibrant and historic city of Perpignan, the cosmopolitan capital of Catalonia and 35 minutes from some of the best beaches in the Mediterranean.

 

Traditionally furnished with a stone walled lounge, log burning stove and enclosed balcony the centrally heated house also has a dining room, two en-suite bedrooms and an immaculately equipped kitchen.  Outside the large enclosed garden has a swimming pool, patio and a barbeque for al-fresco eating plus ample parking for up to three vehicles.

First Floor

• Double bedroom with en suite bathroom, antique French enamel bath, attached shower, mirrored vanity unit, washbasin and toilet.
• Comfortable lounge with traditional stone fireplace and log burning stove, ceiling fan, comfortable sofas one of which is a convertible sofa bed, Satellite TV, video, radio, CD player.
• Enclosed sun terrace/balcony for casual dining or watching the sun setting while enjoying a glass of local wine.

Second Floor

• Twin Bedroom with en suite bathroom, modern shower, mirrored vanity unit, washbasin and toilet.

Outside

Enclosed garden, swimming pool and patio area with barbeque for al-fresco dining at all hours plus ample parking.

About the location

The village of Millas is within easy walking distance with a wide range of shops and together with two excellent traditional Catalan restaurants, several bars and cafés, a post office, chemists, Church and weekly farmers market will satisfy all your local needs.

This interesting area close to the Spanish border is easily explored by car, walking or cycling and ideal for all year round activities such as fishing, horse riding, canyoning, climbing, caving, bird watching and water sports of all kinds. 

For a day trip the Spanish Costa Blanca or Barcelona with its wealth of history and culture should not be missed. French and Andorran ski resorts are within easy reach by car and provide superb skiing and snowboarding for all abilities.
