Charming Provencal Villa with Heated Pool

Les Belles Lurettes is a charming provencal villa in the Massif des Maures, close to the lively medieval village of La Garde Freinet with its eclectic selection of bars and restaurants and twice weekly markets, yet only 30 minutes from the wonderful beaches of the Bay of St Tropez. It is set in 2 acres of woodland, with gardens, terraces and a heated swimming pool.

The main house has 3 double bedrooms, 1 ensuite bathroom, 1 shower room and a guest WC. A large open-plan living area offers comfortable seating and dining for 8 and opens onto the principal south-facing terrace. An ancient stone building beside the pool terrace houses the separate guest bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

The house is carefully furnished and is both stylish and comfortable. The pool is maintained twice weekly during the season and the gardens weekly. The Housekeeper looks after guests on arrival and then provides a weekly linen change and mini-clean.

  • Sitting Area - 3 comfortable couches, open fireplace, TV/DVD, Stereo with “library” of board games, books, DVDs, CDs.
  • Dining Area - locally handmade square oak table and matching chairs for 8 +.
  • Kitchen Area - well equipped with 2 fridge-freezers, dishwasher, hob, fan grill/oven and good quality cooking/eating utensils.
  • Bedroom 1 - master bedroom with 5’ double bed, French doors onto covered veranda, walk-through dressing area and en suite bathroom, bath with shower over.
  • Bedroom 2 - with two 3ft single beds, built-in cupboard, opening onto south facing terrace
  • Bedroom 3 - with 4’6” double bed, built-in cupboard opening onto south facing terrace.
  • Bedroom 4 (separate from main house) - with 5ft double bed, en suite bathroom, opening onto pool terrace.
  • Shower Room.
  • Guest WC.
