Designed in a light, airy, southern style, the villa is privately situated away from the main house in its own garden with a swimming pool.

St Paul en Forêt is 4 kms from the medieval hilltop village of Fayence, one of several pretty provencal villages here, Bargamon and its vineyards, Tourettes and Montauroux are others, all within a short drive, all with a choice of shops and weekly markets. Draguignan and Saint Raphaël are about 25 kms away, Cannes is 40 kms.

The villa comprises:

• Kitchen/salon/dining room - is attractively furnished and comfortable open-plan main room that leads out to the terrace and pool with a dining area and corner kitchen. The salon area has a fireplace and satellite television, a hi-fi and telephone. The kitchen area is fully equipped and has a dishwasher and washing machine, a hob, microwave and fridge amongst other things, plus ironing facilities.
• Bedroom one - is a double
• Bedroom two - has twin beds
• Bedroom three - has two sets of bunk beds for the children.
• Bathroom - with a bath and shower, wc and two washbasins
• Separate wc - with a washbasin.

Outside

Outside is a tiled, covered terrace with table and chairs, plus a barbecue.

The pool is essential on hot days and is fenced to protect young children, surrounded by a deck and equipped with sunbeds.

There is also private parking.

About the location

Draguignan is a small town with a reputation for good food, both in its restaurants and shops. Its lovely old buildings, squares and fountains lead to the 17th century clock tower, a landmark in the centre the town. Beyond Draguignan are the Verdon Gorges, a spectacular area of gorges and plunging waterfalls.

Grasse has a pleasant old-fashioned air about it, lovely buildings and boulevards, many more shops and some excellent restaurants. It has long been famous for making perfumes and the fields of flowers that are used to make the essences are a stunning sight when they are in bloom.

Saint Raphaël and the beaches around it, is a great for a day on the coast and caters for just about everything from diving to jet-skiing. Cannes has its own magic, especially the wonderful shops along La Croisette.
