A renovated norman house in a very quiet situation with no neighbours and surounded by a private park. There is a private swimming pool and tennis court.

Les Oies Sauvages is 2 miles from the center of Honfleur and 10 miles from Deauville and Trouville. It overlooks the Normandy bridge. There is a small private path leading from the house to the main street of La Rivière St Sauveur linking the Normandy bridge to Honfleur.

The house can accommodate 6 adults and 2 childrens and comprises:

Ground Floor:

• Kitchen - is fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, refregirator/freezer and 4 gas rings
• Dining room - with a table for 8 persons, a bar and piano. It openes on to a small terrace for breakfast, receiving sun the morning until 2pm.
• Living room one - with fireplace and sofas
• Living room two - with large windows overlooking the park – TV and homecinema sound - DVD and CD player – TPS (movies and foreign channels). This room opens on to a large wood terrace overlooking the swimming pool and park equipped with a table for 10 persons, barbecue and transat. The terrace receive sun from 2pm until sunset

First Floor:

• Bedroom one - main room with a large double bed (160cm) en suite bathroom with shower

Second Floor:

• Bedroom two - room with a double (king size 160cm) bed
• Bedroom three - room with a twin bed
• Play room - with a sofa (king size)
• Bathroom - with wc, bath, washing machine and dryer

Outdoors:

Private Swimming pool with a wood terrace with transat and garden table.  The swimming pool 8 x 4 metres, can be heated and locked for children.

The tennis court is private.

Parking area with garage for 2 cars.

About the location

In the village of La Rivière Saint Sauveur, at the entrance of Honfleur, at the end of a private path (300m from the road).
