The Villa is located just next to the beach.  All apartments have of course a sea view.

Parking space is available in the grounds of the villa. There is a small balcony or a small terrace in each apartment. Barbecue in the garden.

About the location

Villa Brise Bise is fronting the Port Hue beach on one side, the Tertre Pele beach on the other, as well as Saint Briac golf course (well known as Dinard Golf) which is the second oldest one in France (1887). Saint Briac is just 7 kilometers from Dinard and 15 kilometers from Saint Malo.

The house is located in an enclosed park in a protected natural area. In Saint Briac there are ten different beaches: Longchamp, la Garde Guerin, le Port Hue, le Tertre Pele, le Port aux chevaux, le Perron, la Petite Salinette, la Grande Salinette, le Bechet, le Petit Port.

Ferry tto Saint Malo and then 10 miles driving till the property

Ryanair flights every day; Dinard airport located in Pleurthuit (4 miles from the property)
