This comfortable property nestles in a quiet lane surrounded by beautiful French countryside with its own enclosed garden, perfect for sunbathing, barbecues and boules. The two large bedrooms one double and one with twin beds and an additional fold down bed to sleep five, are more than suitable for two couples holidaying together or a family. Downstairs the well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge means that staying in and cooking the fresh produce of the local market is equally rewarding.

The historic town of Granville is only 20 mins away, home of pirates for centuries, with its old part on top of the cliff, great shopping and many restaurants, it is also a departure harbour for the Islands of Guernsey, Jersey, and other destinations for a great day out. With Avanches only 15 mins away all your shopping as well as cultural needs can be met. The beaches of Normandy and the cemeteries of those lost in WW2 are all within easy reach of the house, whilst the beautiful walled town of St Malo is an hour’s drive to the west.
