Two Gorgeous Cottages with Swimming Pool

Two gorgeous cottages with pool, superbly situated in a pretty village close to St Jean d’Angely, with easy access to the coast, La Rochelle, Cognac and Saintes.

The superb salt water swimming pool sits in a gated and walled garden with flowering shrubs and shady trees, sun loungers and umbrellas.

A table tennis table, bats and balls, badminton net and racquets are available for the use of guests.

Substantial discounts given throughout the year to parties of four or less hiring either of the two larger cottages.

Jasmin and Honeysuckle are two super detached cottages, each sleeping six in three bedrooms.

  • 2 walk in shower rooms with toilet (one en-suite)

  • Well equipped kitchen area with full size cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine

In addition each cottage has its own private, secure and gated garden with barbecue and garden furniture.

About La Chapelle Baton in Charente-Maritime, Poitou Charentes

In a pretty village 10 minutes North of St Jean d'Angely. The cottages are superbly situated for visiting Cognac, the Roman town of Saintes, La Rochelle and the coast.

How To Get To La Chapelle Baton in Charente-Maritime, South West France

 La Rochelle is our local airport but Poitiers and Bordeaux are both easy journeys too.

Most people find the journey South from the ferry ports to be very pleasant as the motorways have far less traffic than those in the U.K.

A detailed travel route is available once you have decided whether to use the ferry, airport or train.
