In the village stands Villa Petite Chapelle recently refurbished in a most luxurious way. Our home, next to the small chapel, offers comfort and ambiance and is situated at the top end of the village with wide views over the Lot Valley and river from the terrace.

The accommodation consists of:

  • Large country kitchen area
  • Spacious living area leading to an outside terrace with BBQ and a superb view over the ruins of the old Chateau and looking down to the church and Valley du Lot.
  • A spacious bedroom leads into
  • The luxurious bathroom with travertine floor, stone columns and a ceiling in three vaulted sections inlaid with mosaic tiles.

St Cirq Lapopie has a long history of involvement in the arts and even today the majority of its permanent residents are artists. Wander down the laneways to visit the atelier’s and craft boutiques or sample cuisine of the region at the restaurants...

St Cirq Lapopie is central to many excursions, whether it be historic villages, traditional market days or family run restaurants. This region has the best to offer. Within easy distance there are many places to see to name a few: Sarlat, Ville France, Cahors, Albi, Cordes, Figeac and many Chateau’s and small fortified villages.
