Holiday Villa with Swimming Pool in South West France

Situated in the village of Trelissac, in a peaceful suburban estate 10 minutes' drive from Périgueux town centre, the property is surrounded by its own garden, with a terrace, barbecue and a swimming pool (3m x 5m).

The house is ideal for couples or small famlies  There is a shopping centre with restaurants, bowling and snooker bar ,Mc Donalds and a KFC  all walking distance A tree-lined path runs along side the river L'Isle for walking fishing cycling or jogging, and starts 5 minutes' walk from the house, leading all the way to Périgueux centre.., there is also a bus route into perigueux if you dont fancy driving for a day.

About Trelissac in Dordogne, Aquitaine

The Dordogne is renowned for its stunning countryside and rivers, medieval châteaux, prehistoric caves, colourful markets, pretty villages and wonderful cuisine.

Bergerac is famous for its wine, as is the cosmopolitan city of Bordeaux, whilst the little town of Brantôme is well known for all the rivers running through and around it.

Nearby Périgueux is a beautiful and ancient market town, which is full of life and unspoilt by tourism. There you will find festivals and theatre, cinemas, restaurants, speciality shops and museums. Every day of the week there is a bustling market in one or two of the towns or villages in the area - an excellent way to explore the region!

Or you could try the gentle pastime of canoeing down local rivers, which is a very relaxing way to see the sights from a different point of view.

How To Get To Trelissac in Dordogne, South West France

if you are driving through france it  take  about 7 hours drive from Caen  to Trelissac  ,if you take the motorway there are toll chargers  about 30.00 euros, total,  the  motorways are good and  normally  not as busy as the uk.If you have a G.P.S or check out google map they will guide you onto the motorway routes, if you need help please contact me.
