This house is ideally located in the heart of Dinan on the famous medieval Rue du Jerzual, which is a pedestrianised street. Just  50 metres from the ancient heart of Dinan with its wealth of restaurants, galleries, shops and bustling Thursday market.

A perfect location for touring or just enjoying the towns wonderful atmosphere!

We offer a linen bundle hire service, welcome packs and airport and ferry transfers all subject to prior arrangement.

The town has so much to offer its easy not to use your car at all.!!

The Rue du Jerzual has vehicle access for residents only.

About Dinan in Côtes-d'Armor, Brittany

Located near the centre of Dinan on the very picturesque and famous Rue du Jerzual ,one of the best preserved medeival streets in the region.

The town is packed with excellent shops,restaurants/bars,galleries as well as a museum ,and the usual supermarkets on the town fringes.

Fabulous beaches are only a short drive away,or take the river ferry up to St Malo [seasonal] ,small motor boats can be hired in the port which is located at the bottom of the street !!

Dinan has a large Thursday market which is packed with local produce,flowers,clothes ,this is just a couple of minutes walk from the house,there is also an antiqus maket on Wednesday mornings in summer in the Place St Saveur.

Rennes the regional capital is 35 minutes drive to the south,great shopping and full of beautiful architecture.

How To Get To Dinan in Côtes-d'Armor, North West France

We always provide a map of Dinan with your booking, however the town is well served with nearby main highways ,Dinard/Rennes airports 25 and 35 minutes respectively ,and a local train station [,<5 minutes with easy links through to Paris etc

St Malo is the nearest ferry port at only 30 minutes from Dinan.

Roscoff ferry port is 1hour 45 minutes west.

The house dates from the 1500's so has lots of character,its original massive granite fireplace and oak beams everywhere.

The secure courtyard at the rear has an out building suitable for storing bicycles etc.

Its also a pleasant area to dine out or barbecue if the weather is warm.
