The Mas was built as an L shape around a large shaded stonewalled courtyard. The house is extremely spacious and the rooms have exposed oak beams, terracotta tiles throughout the ground floor and timber floors covering the entire first floor. Most rooms on the ground floors have French doors opening onto the well appointed and furnished flowered courtyard.

Ground Floor

• Very large and bright entrance - separates the main two wings of the house. Straight through, a door opens into a small room, which is used as a play room with a separate shower room & WC 1. A stair case leads to
• Bedroom 1 - with 2 single beds.
• Spacious family room - with a TV area, furnished with an antique ‘lit bateau’.
• Fully equipped kitchen - includes double sink, electric cooker & separate oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, complete range of crockery. Eating area with table & chairs, seating 8.
• Lounge area - adjacent to the kitchen with fireplace and French doors opening into the most attractive covered summer dinning area with exposed beams and canal tiles on the roof. Most used area with built in stone sits with comfortable cushions around a large table sitting up to 10 people (electrical barbecue provided).
• Living room & dinning room - very bright and extremely spacious room with impressive hundreds year old oak beams and terracotta tiled floor. Furnished with 2 large sofas and harm chairs facing the open fireplace. A dinning table and chairs sit up to 8 people.

First Floor

• Master Bedroom 2 - covering most of one of the entire wing. Impressive oak beam structure for this large and bright attic room. Furnished with a double bed (160), built in cupboards, chairs and an antique desk in the study area.
• Bathroom 1 - with bath/shower & separate WC.
• Double bedroom 3 - large and bright, furnished with a double bed (140).
• Bathroom 2 - with bath/shower and WC.
• Mezzanine area - spacious and bright furnished with a double bed (140).

Outside:

The Pool (12x6m) has roman steps into the water and is surrounded by a large terrace with sun beds and parasol. A beautiful metal pergola entirely covered with vine offers a pleasant shaded area in the afternoon.

Guest room - adjacent to the pergola. A spacious and beautiful double bedroom, with large unsuited shower room with WC. The room has French windows opening onto the terrace and pergola with splendid views over the pool.

Included in the rental & Internal facilities: Bed linen, bathroom & pool towels. A cleaning lady, 2 hrs a week. Washing machine, dishwasher & electrical barbecue. Television, DVD player & Sound system. Fire place & wood burning fire stove.

About the location

Toulouse and Rodez airports, 1hr30mn drive away.

Nearest train station located in Cahors, 20 mn drive away. Cahors (22km) has all the essential shops and facilities. Great markets on Wednesday & Saturday mornings.

Limogne (8km) with its excellent market on Sundays & Lalbenque (6km) with its famous truffle market and a lovely Saturday morning market, both villages have tourist information centres, shops, chemist, post office bank, garages, cafes, restaurant, doctors, dentists, and tennis courts.

Concots (4km) has a baker, grocery shop, a restaurant and 2 tennis courts. A small but excellent market is held on Sunday morning. Foreign newspapers available at the local café located on the main street.
