About the location

The picturesque 17th century town of Honfleur is the eighth most visited site in France, coming after St. Tropez in seventh place. The Old Port and marina, surrounded by tall, narrow houses, St. Catherine's church, made of wood, and the narrow roads with over 100 art galleries and craft shops and almost as many restaurants, draws thousands of visitors every year. There is also the modern fishing port with its fleet of boats which leave the port every night, as well as flowered parks and walks along the water front.
