The property is surrounded by vines and close to all amenities and superb golf courses. An ideal place to unwind and relax.

Newly fitting Godin log burning stove really makes the cottage cosy for those autumn and spring evenings. A lovely romantic place to get away from it all.

La Conciererie is set in 7 acres of beautiful grounds surrounded by vines and open countryside. Newly renovated to a very high standard, it has been finished and furnished to make a delightful holiday home full of home comforts. The fantastic 12 x 6 metre salt water pool is securely fenced and is for the use of the residents of La Conciergerie and Le Moulin des Agrilles.

La Conciergerie sleeps 4 in spacious accommodation.

Ground floor

• Kitchen - there is a large well appointed kitchen with fridge, gas hob and electric cooker and dishwasher.
• Sitting room - there is a pretty entrance sitting room furnished with comfortable sofa and easy chairs. There is a log burner in the chimney, which gives a cosy atmosphere to the room.
  
  Twin bedroom - with lovely views across the vines and with a glimpse of the Gironde in the distance. This is a pretty room decorated in lilac and white.
• Bathroom - with shower, handbasin and wc.

First floor

• Double bedroom - with a beautiful French double bed.  There is also a bathroom with shower, hand basin and wc ensuite. This room has a window over looking the entrance and the patio area but also has the benefit of a velux window giving extra light and also the possibility of seeing the beautiful stars in the night sky.

Outside

• Outside we have a pretty terrace with patio table where meals can be taken.

For residents of la Conciergerie they have all the facilities of Le Moulin des Agrilles. There is the bar which houses the pool table and is a nice area to sit and take a drink there is the barbecue next to the bar. The fantastic pool. Table tennis, cycle machine boules etc.

The house is ideally situated for a relaxing holiday. Close to the Gironde estuary with its pretty ports and inviting restaurants. The beaches of Merchers and St Georges de Didonne are only 20 minutes drives away.

This beautiful house in the Charente Maritime region of France is within easy reach of the A10 motorway and Bordeaux and La Rochelle airports. The Charente has the second highest number of sunshine hours in France second only to the Cote d'Azur.
