Les Bastides du Grand Stade is nestled within walking distance of the uncrowded blue flag beaches of the Meditteranean, within the Top 50 in Europe. The apartment is perfectly suited for families, with many attractions all within easy reach. St Cyprien Plage is close to the Spanish border and in sight of the foothills of the stunning Pyrenees.

The apartment is perfectly secluded and set in a peaceful garden setting yet close to many local attractions and amenities. It is well equipped, fully furnished and benefits from secure parking. Les Bastides du Grand Stade is situated in Les Capellans, St Cyprien Plage.

• Living Room - There is a double sofa/bed and easy chairs, mini hi/fi/CD Player, TV, coffee tables & book case. Sliding Patio doors lead on to the Terrace where an extendable table can seat 6 comfortably for summer dining. The terrace overlooks exotic trees and shrubs.
• Kitchen - The separate kitchen is fully equiped with electric hob and oven/grill and 2 fridges. There is plenty of storage space.
• Master Bedroom - A double bed, chest of drawers, bedside tables and a fitted wardrobe. A Patio door also leads onto the terrace.
• Bedroom 2 - Bunk beds, a bedside table and a wardobe.
• Bathoom - Full-size bath with overhead shower, large wash basin, mirror and storage space for toiletries.
• Separate WC

Linen and towels are supplied at a cost of £5.00 per week per person. Electricity and water are included in the rental price.

About the location

The apartment is set in well-kept grounds and close to many local amenities and attractions. Cosmopolitan Perpignan, Spain and the Pyrenees are all within a 30 minute drive. Local shops, including a Bakery, fresh local fruit and vegetables, a butchers and fishmongers, mini-market, newsagent, fully-equipped gymnasium with tennis and squash courts, bars and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk. The marina, one of the largest in the south of France, is also within 5 minutes walk. The blue flag, unspoilt beaches of the Mediterranean are within 15 minutes walk.

How to get here

St Cyprien Plage is easily accessible by road/rail and by air. The ferry ports of northern Spain take away the need for a long drive. Perpignan airport is 25 minutes away and Girona in Spain is just over 1 hour away. There are also airports at Carcassone, Toulouse and Montpellier. All of these are served by low cost airlines, including Ryanair, BMIBaby, Easy Jet and Flybe, from many UK regional airports.

Car hire is available at the airports and Railway stations and is generally cheaper in Spain.
