A charming and beautifully decorated villa in the Cap d' Antibes with heated pool and comfortable lounge and dining corner in the garden. The luxurious property is only a 5 minutes walk from the beautiful private and public beaches of Antibes.

Holiday Accommodation at Villa Jeanne

This 1930s villa has been recently renovated and comprises:

  • Two double bedrooms with bath or shower room.
     
  • A third bedroom for children with four beds (two high sleepers) and its own bathroom.
     
  • An independent studio but also with connection with the house.

The villa is all on one level so it is very suitable for children and those that have difficulties with stairs.

 

This luxurious property can be enjoyed throughout the whole year. There is central heating, a fireplace and a heated swimming pool so you can swim the whole year and take an outside shower with warm and/or cold water.

The house is beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings and all the modern facilities you would require to make your stay perfect.

About La Fontonne in Alpes-Maritimes, Provence - Cote d'Azur

Villa Jeanne is situated on the exclusive Cap d'Antibes just a few minutes walk from the lovely La Garoupe beach. It is also just a few minutes' walk from a supermarket and newsagents/cafe. The old town of Antibes is beautiful and just a 2 minutes drive away. The centre of Juan les Pins with the nice shops, bars and restaurants is also a short drive.

How To Get To La Fontonne in Alpes-Maritimes, South of France and the Riviera

The airport of Nice is just 20 minutes away. Antibes has a railway station so you can visit for example Monaco easy by train.

Directly opposite the villa there is a bus going every half an hour to the centre of Antibes and Juans Les Pins.

Additional price information

Babysitting – should you want to go out for dinner sometime, please ask and we will arrange a baby sitter for you – this is obviously subject to availability.  Costs vary but are around 10-15 euro an hour.

Shopping essentials – The basic things are in the house like coffee, tea, herbs, water, toilet paper etc. but if you require some other shopping for your arrival, it can be done if we know in advance and subject to availability of course.
