  • Mezzanine study area which leads to a large corridor with 2 single sofa beds.
  • Double bedroom with king sized bed
  • Separate WC and Bathroom.

Downstairs in the former connected stable is a

  • Further bedroom with 4 full sized beds, a room with double sofa bed and above by separate staircase
  • Another double bedroom with king sized bed.
  • Further WC and shower room.

The downstairs floors are all stone and furnishings are as new. There is also a garage to the property with a large supply of wood and an outdoor barbecue.

The Farmhouse stands in its own landscaped grounds with beautiful country views. Set out of sight and noise of any roads there are children's swings, a covered and locked well and a carp pond.

About Jupilles in Sarthe, Pays de La Loire

Less than half an hour from the city of Le Mans and 40 minutes from Tours and the airport.

Close to two pretty villages with Boulangerie, Restaurant, Bar and Sunday Market.

The nearest large town is Chateau-du-Loir and is approximately 10km away with large Supermarkets, Restaurants and Tourist Information.

How To Get To Jupilles in Sarthe, North West France

From Calais the journey can be made almost entirely by Motorway taking the A16 and A28. Exit this South of Le Mans and it is just a 15 mile journey away from the Motorway on the N138 then after Jupilles a couple of miles of country roads.

If flying the Low Cost airline Ryanair flys from Stansted direct to Tours in about an hour. Hertz rental cars are readily available and it takes about 40 minutes to the Farmhouse. The airport is very quick on arrival as there is just one terminal and one large aircraft per day.
