Fully renovated traditional Vosgien stone farmhouse (73m²), owned by a British couple who live in the same village.

We would like to share this beautiful region of France with others.

Come here to relax and enjoy the stunning scenery.

Or take part in the many activities which are on offer within the area:

Skiing, mountain biking, hiking, horse riding  and many other adventure sports.

This is the ideal location for all seasons whatever you wish to do.

About the location

Located in the heart of the beautiful Vosges mountains, with skiing at the nearby ski resorts of La Bresse and Gérardmer. 

Many beautiful ancient villages, towns and citites to visit including Strasbourg, Kaisersberg, Remiremont, Gérardmer, Colmar and Nancy. There are a number of quality restaurants located close to the gite offering various types of cuisine from traditional Vosigen dishes to Haute Cuisine.

There are a number of beautiful lakes in the area and this is a paradise for those who enjoy walking in nature.

How to get here

The Gite is located in the Hamlet of Habeaurupt near to the village of Plainfaing.

By road: Approximately 5 1/2 hours drive from Calais.

By Air: Basel / Mulhouse internation airport is situated 1 1/4 hours from the gite. (Cheap flights with Easyjet from Luton, Stanstead & Liverpool), or Ryanair from Stanstead to Baden Baden (1 3/4 hours from the gite.

By train: TGV to St Die or Epinal from Paris.
