The accommodation has plenty of both indoor and outdoor space. With a large open fire and central heating the house is perfect all year round.

Ground floor

• Fully equipped kitchen with eating area
• Spacious living area consisting of distinct lounge and dining areas.
• Large open fire surrounded by comfortable sofas, one of which is also sofa bed.
• Dining area comfortably seats 7 people

Upstairs

• 2 good sized bedrooms with fantastic views (1 double bed and 1 with three single beds)
• Bathroom and separate WC
• Traditional mezzanine gallery overlooking the main living area

Outside

• Three main terraces either side of the house, sun from morning until late evening.
• Three further dining areas and built-in barbecue
• Soundloungers and a hammock

About the location

• The house is situated in the foothills of the Cevennes national park on the outskirts of the pretty village of Mialet.
• The Mialet-Gardon river runs past the house and in the summer is perfect for swimming.
• There are a number of restaurants within close proximity of Mialet.
• The historic towns of St-Jean-du-Gard and Anduze are only a short drive away and both host at least one market a week and have numerous shops and places to eat.
• Major attractions within an hours drive include; Le Pont du Gard, Avignon, Nimes, La Carmargue and the Tarn gorge.

Mialet is on the D50 between the historic towns of Anduze and St-Jean-du-Gard
