Nestled in amongst the pine trees of the most immaculately groomed golf course of Seignosse you will find this delightful contemporary and well-designed villa with south facing pool and gardens.

The villa comprises of 5 well-proportioned bedrooms with 2 doubles and 3 twin bedrooms with four out of five with excellent power showers. The two master double bedrooms lead out onto the beautiful courtyard style pool and terrace area fully equipped with barbecue and high quality outside furnishings for dining and lounging around by the pool.

Previously a family home, the house really has an incredible level of design, and furnishings including WI-FI / ADSL, Flat Screen TV’s, UK /SKY satellite, Play Station, X-Box, Bose docking station for I-POD, DVD player, under-floor heating. Not to mention surroundings that are superbly relaxing and ambient both inside and outside.

The House is constructed all on one level. A large entrance door leads to the

• Spacious open plan kitchen and dining area - offering a sociable space with which to relax and eat breakfast or for pre-dinner drinks and appetizers. The kitchen, in the corner at one end of this area, is very modern and fully-equipped, including dishwasher, range with extractor, microwave, water cooler, coffee-maker, etc. Double glass doors from the kitchen open directly out onto the alfresco eating area that easily seats 10/12 people. The dining area includes table and chairs comfortably seating 8 people for indoor dining; there is a large plasma screen TV on one wall.
• Lounge area - is adjacent to the dining area with patio doors leading directly to the poolside area. The sunken lounge with two large comfortable sofas, coffee table and plasma TV is perfect for relaxing in the evening with a glass of Bordeaux red. Entertainment-wise the living areas are extremely well-equipped, and include DVD player, 2 plasma TVs, Sky TV, X-Box & PlayStation and Bose iPod docking station.
• Bedroom 1 - is situated off a short corridor from the dining area, and is a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom including deep relaxing bath and shower and doors opening directly out onto the poolside area.
• Bedroom 2 - situated next to Bedroom 1 is a large twin room with mezzanine that can sleep two more. There is an en-suite shower room and doors out onto the poolside terrace as well. There is a separate WC in this area too. Two further bedrooms are situated off a longer corridor leading from lounge:
• Bedroom 3 - a twin room looking out across the lawn towards the rear of the property, with a state-of-the-art compact bathroom just next door.
• Bedroom 4 - is the Master Suite. A very spacious double bedroom with featured lighting, and views of the pool, and walk in wardrobes. Screened behind the sleeping area is a designer bathroom with ambient bath lighting and a huge deep bath where two can easily relax, or take a revitalizing rain shower.
• Bedroom 5 - is situated just off the kitchen, and is the smallest twin bedroom with wash-basin, power shower with jets and built in storage.

About the location

Villa de la Quinta is located on a cul-de-sac on Seignosse Golf's exclusive residential area, in the Seignosse/Hossegor/Capbreton district of the southern Côte Landaise, 30kms or north of Biarritz.

It is 2 minutes walk to the course club-house, very welcoming to non-members with a restaurant and bar with fabulous views of the course from the terrace. The nearest shops are 3kms away in Seignosse-Bourg, the closest beach approx. 2kms away at Seignosse-Les Estagnots.

The small town of Hossegor is absolutely thriving in the summer with local visitors and an abundance of small boutiques, bakeries, restaurants, small eateries and anything you might be looking for.

There is also a magnificent lake which you can walk within the hour, perfect for strolling or promenading and it is banked with sandy beaches and restaurants to stop off and have a light refreshment whilst watching the children playing in the safe shallow waters fishing for crabs or playing in the sand. There is also sailing and other water sports available on the lake.

Alternatively, take a stroll through the port of Capbreton with its beautiful boats and Casinos and beach front restaurants and shops. There are stacks of small eateries in all the different beaches stretching from Capbreton to Seignosse.

Golfers will enjoy the renowned local course, Seignosse Golf, a water and forest monster of a course ranked in Continental Europe’s Top 50. The 1930s-built Golf d’Hossegor is also close by; the traditional club house is also a delight. There are other great courses within 45 minutes drive including Moliets and Biarritz le Phare.

You are a mere 30 mins by car to the elegant delights of Biarritz and Bayonne.

How to get here

You will find Seignosse near the Beachside town of Hossegor and Capbreton Marina and Port. Seignosse is situated 30 mins drive north of Biarrtiz and is easily accessible from the autoroute. Biarritz is well served by trains and planes. Biarritz airport is just 30 minutes drive (Ryanair direct flights from Stansted, Easyjet and Starwings, ) and the train station (served by TGV from Paris) is of a similar distance. Bilbao, Pau and Bordeaux airports are within 2 hours drive also offering some low cost airlines eg BMI. The nearest ferry ports are Bilbao (2 hours), Santander (4 hrs) and St Malo (8-9 hrs drive).
