The whole of the property is totally fenced in for security, making the expansive garden totally safe for children, but still providing quiet areas for Mum & Dad! Beyond the house is the 10mx5m swimming pool with a gentle slope away from the shallow end. The pool is fitted with a security alarm. There are paved surrounds to the pool, providing a luxurious suntrap - an idyllic spot in which to relax on the recliners, and enjoy the quiet of the French countryside. Maybe, you might feel like flexing your muscles with a game of table tennis in the barn, or flit through a genteel session of badminton on the lawns before retiring to the barbecue area.....situated at the end of the house by the Bread Oven!! An ideal area to sit, ponder, sip, offer advice to the chef……..then enjoy the tasty meals rustled up "alfresco"!

Within half an hour’s drive of Le Limouzinat, you could visit the famous abbeys of St. Avit Sénieur and Cadouin; the prehistoric caves at Les Eyzies, Le Bugue, Le Buisson and Lascaux; the Mediaeval villages and towns of Limeuil, Issigeac, Domme, Sarlat, Bergerac and Périgueux; the imposing châteaux on the banks of the Dordogne at Beynac, Castleneaud, Fayrac and Marqueysac, and then, after an enjoyable day site-seeing, why not take the opportunity to visit one of the vast variety of local restaurants, to taste and experience the culinary delights based on the local produce: foie gras, truffles, cêpes, walnuts, strawberries, cheeses, to name but a few, plus the wines of Bergerac, Monbazillac and Pecharmant.
