Historical house in the Loire Valley near Leonardo da Vinci's favorite place (Clos Luce).

Pavillon des Roses is an old house with up-to-date equipment, built in front of troglodytic caves, and has a lovely flower garden. The property is ideally hidden in a small village. It is very quiet, but there are many places of interest nearby. Free car parking outside and inside.

All the main chateaux are accessible on one-day trips: Amboise, Azay-le-Rideau, Blois, Chambord, Chenonceau, Cheverny, Langeais... and do not forget the wine tours around: Bourgueil, Chinon, Vouvray...

This nice large old house, fully equipped, would easily welcome families or friends who want to spend some time together, enjoy a restful place and the countryside as well as an area abounding in activities for tourists, with a rich historical background to discover. It is located near the Clos-Lucé, where Leonardo da Vinci lived and died and where he conceived most of his wonderful inventions. There are plenty of chateaux, a large choice of sporting activities, many shops to stroll around...
