The property is in a modern holiday villa complex at St Hilaire de Riez, with heated swimming pool and paddling pool and childrens club. Only 650 metres from lovely long, sandy beach and set amongst the sand dunes and pine forest, close to popular resort of St Jean de Monts.

The villa measures 51-58m² and is tiled inside with white walls.

Ground floor

• Kitchen/lounge/dininig room - this is an open plan living area comprising  lounge with a sofa, dining and kitchen area with open stairs leading to the mezzanine. In the kitchen area there is a sink, fridge with freezer compartment, electric rings and a mini-oven or microwave and the crockery and cutlery.
• Double bedroom - with a 140cm bed
• Bathroom - ensuite shower room with separate toilet.

Upstairs

• Bedroom - with 2 single beds or 1 double bed
• Bathroom - with bath and flexible shower hose and a separate toilet

Mezzanine

• Open area - sleeps 2  people

Outside

Patio doors lead from the living room out onto the terrace.

About the location

The new holiday village is in an ideal situation near St Jean de Monts, on the edge of the protected national forest with lovely cycle tracks in the forest. There is a road to cross which runs in front of the holiday village, and then there is a track to the beach through the forest which is 650 metres away.

The Atlantic Toboggan Water Park is situated 500 metres away. It is open every day 10.00-19.30 and has a swimming pool with wave machine, toddlers and children's pool, jacuzzi, and water shutes. Snacks available at the Café on site.

The Oxford English Pub is situated 500 metres away, Quad bike 1km, Paint Ball 1km, Supermarket 700m, Super U 1.6 km, Restaurant Cafe 400 m, Golf 5 km, mini golf 300m, horse riding on the south side of St Jean de Monts.

• Market: St Hilaire : Monday morning, Wednesday afternoon, Saturday afternoon in July and August.
• Nearby: very popular market at St Jean de Monts
• The golf, shops, bars, restaurants and sporting amenities of St Jean de Monts are all nearby.

How to get here

The nearest cross channel port is St Malo which is 265km (approximately 3hours drive)away. If you prefer a short crossing, Calais is 684 kilometres and approximately a 6h30 drive.

Nantes airport is 73 kilometres away (just over an hour's drive) and there are Ryanair flights from Stansted, East Midlands, Dublin and Shannon. Air Arann also fly to Nantes from Cork, Bristol and Cardiff. All the major car hire companies operate at Nantes airport.

Additional price information

Prices include:

The accommodation and the use of the swimming pool.

Prices do not include:

• Local tourist tax 0.37 euros per person per day.
• Electricity, heating and water charges are payable per meter reading between 09/10/2011 and 02/04/2012, and  between 08/6/2012 - 9/9/2012 will cost 20 euros per week. At other times, the cost is 35 euros per week.
• A 25 euro non-refundable fee is payable at the time of booking.
• A cleaning and security deposit of 260 euros is payable by credit card on arrival.
• Bath towel 4€, hand towel, 3€, bath mat 3€.
• Linen pack (sheets + bath towel) 10€ per person.
• French television (not satellite) costs 35€ per week.
• Cot 25€ per week. High chair 15€ per week.
• Baby pack (cot + high chair) 29€ per week.
• Animal cost 25€ per week.

• In order to accommodate any special request regarding your accommodation, reception will charge a fee of 60€. In the event that they are unable to satisfy this request, your 60€ fee will be refunded. Please note that this is not a charge levied by Wake Up in France but by the reception of the residence.

• Short stays are possible, except between 30/6 and 1/09/2012.

• From October to April,  please contact us for a special price for a booking of 4 weeks and more.

• Bikes can be delivered to your door. If you pre-book cycle hire, your bikes will be delivered right to your door at no extra charge. And at the end of your rental, they can be collected too. Contact us for more details.
