Coast is a recently-built modern fully equipped holiday house by the seaside in the popular family resort of Fort-Mahon-Plage. Like other Sandboys properties it’s personally maintained and managed by the experienced on-site owners and equipped, for your safety and security, with smoke alarms, fire extinguishers and fire blanket.

The layout is as follows:

Ground Floor

• Open-plan living room/kitchen with patio doors to terrace and enclosed garden. Dining table and chairs, futon settee (converts to double bed) and comfortable chairs. Satellite TV with UK channels.

First Floor

• 1 x double bedroom
• 1 bedroom with bunk beds
• Bathroom with bath, shower fittings and WC.

At Coast, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with new appliances, including an electric oven, 4-ring hob, microwave, automatic coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a range of quality cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery.

Outside:

There is a pleasant terrace, a small lawn (you do not have to mow it!), a table and chairs for outdoor meals, and a lockable garden shed where you’ll find garden furniture and where you can store your bikes, golf clubs, suitcases or other bulky bits and pieces.

Fort Mahon is a family seaside resort, with fabulous beaches and endless dunes, on the famous Cote d'Opale, just 1 hour from Calais.

This newly built house, in a quiet development in a residential area, is extremely well equipped and superbly furnished in a contemporary style. Families with children will love the beach, the AquaClub, an indoor complex with waves, slides and sub-tropical atmosphere, and all the other activities available in and around this family oriented seaside resort. The beach, kite flying, sand-yachting, catamaran sailing, kayaking, bike-hire, mini-golf, climbing wall, riding stables, tennis, restaurants and cafes are all within 1 km.

How to get here

By Car
From Boulogne or Calais take the A16 autoroute to Junction 24. Follow the signs to Fort Mahon. The owners will provide you with detailed route directions and a street map showing the location of the property.

From Paris Beauvais airport about 1hr 20 mins on the A16 autoroute.

By Rail
From Paris Gare du Nord to Rang De Fliers station - about 2 hours.
