Cottage in Small Village Surrounded by Sunflowers
The cottage is located in a small village typical of many in the region surrounded by sunflowers, and cornfields.
It has an elevated terrace patio area, with barbecue and garden furniture for outdoor living, this is an ideal sun trap for sunbathing. Also the cottage has a generous large grassed garden area with fruit trees to allow the guests to relax and enjoy themselves in perfect peace and tranquility, at the bottom of the garden there runs the river boutonne for the fishermen.Inside the cottage is a very well equipped kitchen to provide a ‘ home from home’ experience for your holiday comforts in this picturesque part of south west France.

The cottage comprises:
- Kitchen/diner - consists of washing machine, dish washer, fridge, microwave, gas oven and hob and many other appliances.
- Lounge - large room with a wood burner fire and electric heating for winter usage, also provided english "sky "satelite TV, DVD, video player and cd player. There are also 2 sofa bed settees.
- Bedroom 1 - with double bed
- Bedroom 2 - also with a double bed
- Bedroom 3 - with bunk beds
- Bathroom - large room with shower over the bath, toilet and basin
Outside
The cottage has an elevated terrace area with patio, barbecue and garden furniture. There is also a generous grassed garden area with a small river running along the bottom and off road parking for two vehicles is available
About Loulay in Charente, Poitou Charentes
Whether you prefer beautiful countryside, historic towns or sandy beaches all can be found within an approximate 40 minute drive of all. The nearest town is Dampierre-sur-Boutonne (approximatley 2 kms) where you can find a lovely, renaissance chateaux, shops, restaurants, a public swimming pool and tennis courts.
