The Marandou Estate, Clévacances 5 stars rated, is located in the heart of the Lauragais region, facing the Pyrenees. Relax under the century old umbrella pines in the mature park. The house is spacious, light and bright and fully equipped. Every one can enjoy privacy, ideal for families or a large group of friends and yet everyone can still find their "special place".

From the summer dining room, you can supervise your children at the swimming pool and enjoy a magnificent view of the Pyrenean Mountains. You will enjoy the park (2,5 acres), relaxing on a lounger in the shade of the bower, stone pines and cedars.

The swimming pool (14 x 6 m) is fenced (or pool alarm) and a large deck allows the children to play safely. On its sunny terrace, there is a dining area, shaded by sunshades. The more energetic can play table tennis, badminton, volleyball, basket ball, croquet, VTT and petanque on the estate itself.

Accommodation detail

The interior is full of character, attractively and comfortably decorated in a mixture of local antiques and modern furniture. The walls are hung with private collection of prints.

Ground floor

Large open living space - with several bay windows which allow the sunlight pass in, and from which you can enjoy views of the park and the surrounding Lauragais countryside.

• Dining room - Beautiful, airy room which opens out onto the terrace. Large bay windows.Large table. Traditional three-door dresser
• Kitchen - Huge kitchen (40m²). Bosch cooking equipment. Range with six burners. Electric oven, microwave. Dishwasher. Fridge - Stone fireplace.
• Summer dining room - 60 m² area which opens out onto the swimming pool on one side and the gardens on the other. Room with stone walls and local terra cotta tiles - Ideal for meals.

First floor

• Large gaming room (60m²) - with table football, billiard table, television, Wifi access and board games.
• Six bedrooms - 4 double and 2 twin, charmingly furnished and all separate.There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor and 4 on the first floor.

Outside

Swimming Pool - 14x6 metres swimming pool with ladders, surrounded by a fence for the safety of your children. Wide tiled area around the pool allowing your children to play safely. Area with wooden decking for dining in the shade of the parasols. Loungers and chairs for sunbathing. View of the sunflower and wheat fields.

Terraces - Various terraces are at your disposal for breakfast, aperitifs and barbercues

About the location

The Marandou Estate is located in the heart of the Lauragais region, facing  the Pyrenees. Nearby the village of Labastide d’Anjou provides a wide variety of local shops.

• Proximity of Andorre (duty free shops): 2h
