The elegant building has been built in stones in the 19 century. The apartment was renovated in 2004, it is on the second floor of a building situated in the backyard of the main building so it is very calm.
The long corridor takes to the kitchen right after entrance and to the living room. After the kitchen a small corridor with toilets on the left, bathroom on the right and the bedroom in front. You can eat in the kitchen but there is a table in the living room.

The apartment is located near the river Seine in the 16th area next to the Maison de la Radio where concerts and radio emissions take place, over the bridge is the 15 arrondissement with shops, cinemas, restaurants.
Near the house there is also shops, café, market twice a week, post office, bus, RER.
The Eiffel Tower is 15 minutes walk. Up the street is the Rue de la Pompe one of the famous streets in Paris and the Bois de Boulogne, Stade Rolland Garros, Racing Club, Hippodrome d'Auteuil are all 10 min bus.
