Home description
Big transformed barn on the edge of the forest, located in the charming wine-growing region of Sancerre/ Menetou-Salon. Very sunny spot, 200 m² living space with a terrace on the sunny south-side of the house. In front of the terrace, enjoy the huge garden where children can also have a go on the swing. You can as well take advantage of our private fishing pond 500 m away.

About the location
Our cottage is located on the edge of a forest in a hamlet 4 kms away from the village La Borne. A small road with very few traffic (dead end) is leading to it. So, it is very quiet.
200 m. away, you will find a restaurant where you can taste regional meals.
There is also a weekly market in the city of Henrichemont (8 kms away) as well as several restaurants within a 10-km radius around the house.
