A delightful modern villa, spacious and attractively furnished with a good sized private swimming pool and lovely terraced area for sunbathing and meals al-fresco. The archiecture echos both classical American and local Landaise style, with good quality fixtures and fittings and plenty of space to relax.

The villa is set in a development along side the presigious Moliets golf course and close to some magnificent Atlantic beaches.

A network of footpaths and cycle tracks intersect the forest and the fairways, making it quite possible to walk or cycle to the beach and nearby shops, bars and restaurants. In addition to golf and tennis, there are many activities available in the vicinity including surfing, horse riding, cycling and quad biking.

But if you prefer a more relaxed approach, the pine woodland setting of the villas provides the perfect place to sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet.

A modern attractive villa which combines local Landais and American influences to provide spacious, comfortable and very well equipped living accommodation (approx 110-132 m²). French windows lead from the bright airy sitting room to a decked patio complete with table, chairs and sun loungers and your own private swimming pool. 

The entrance hall opens out into the

• Spacious lounge where a sofa bed can accommodate 2 people.
• American style kitchen is well equipped with washing machine/tumble dryer, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee percolator, and in general a toaster, and a kettle. Most have satellite television. It is possible to request a VCR/an iron.

Barbecues are not allowed, due to fire risks.

About the location

The  villa is located in a quiet residence at Moliets, a seaside resort on the Atlantic coast, an hour north of Biarritz, amidst the Landaise pine trees and close to the breathtaking scenery of the Pyrenees. The residence is situated adjacent to the prestigious Moliets Golf course which is renowned for being one of the best in France and has the national training golf school. Villas are between 600 – 1100 metres to fantastic, wide open, sandy  beaches. This is an ideal location for a wide variety of activities the whole family can enjoy: golf, surfing, a variety of water sports, tennis, horse riding, cycling, walking, quad biking etc.

How to get here

There are regular flights with Ryanair to Biarritz from Stansted, Dublin and Shannon. It takes just under an hour to drive up from Biarritz. Alternatively, several airlines fly into Bordeaux, which is just under 2 hours drive: Flybe from Southampton, BMIbaby from Manchester, BA from London Gatwick and Easyjet from Luton.

All the main car hire companies have desks at both airports.

If you want to take the ferry and drive down, St Malo is the closest port at 656km. Brittany Ferries have an overnight crossing into there and this would enable you to drive down through France in one day.   Alternatively the distance from Calais is 997km (mostly motorway). Whilst it is possible to do in one stretch (we did it once), we wouldn't recommend it.

Dax is the nearest TGV station, if you would like to take the fast train to Paris.
