Pete and Lin invite you stay in their charming and traditional rural cottage, which is 10 minutes drive from Neufchatel-En-Bray. The family suite (sleeping up to 6) is located on the first floor of the cottage. Lin delights in offering excellent home cooked dinners (served with wine), children are welcome and can also be catered for.

La Couture is open 365 days a year and your natural hosts will provide you with a warm welcome, whether you are staying for 1 night, or much longer.

The unspoilt countryside provides a perfect environment for a short, relaxing break. There are a number of interesting local attractions for all the family and the excellent road connections make for a short trip to all the main tourist spots in Normandy.

Accommodation detail

Our family suite is located on the first floor of our charming detached cottage.  Entering from the internal staircase, on the left we have our:

• Double bedroom - with an en-suite shower room.

Across the small landing we have a:

• Small sitting room - where you can relax in privacy. This room has the added advantage of a sofa bed, so can sleep a further 2 people if required.

Leading off from this room is another:

• Bedroom - with 2 single beds, so when rented as a family suite we can accommodate up to 6 people.

We also have a ground floor double bedroom, which has level access from the front door, so may be suitable for wheelchair users or those with impaired mobility. This comes with a separate ground floor shower room (not en-suite).

NB - Please note that the ground floor bedroom cannot be booked for the same period as the family suite, it is offered as an alternative for those with poor mobility.

About the location

Guest House La Couture is just a 10 minute drive from the quaint old town of Neufchatel-En-Bray, famous for its unique heart-shaped cheeses, made from local cow's milk. Neufchatel has a picturesque old church in the middle of the town square, an intersesting high street with lots of individual shops, patisseries, brasseries etc. We are also only a 10 minute drive from the motorway, which will take you to either Paris or Calais in just 1 .5 hrs. Dieppe is only 45 minutes away and a lovely drive. as is the seaside town of Le Treport, with it's lovely seafront restaurants and an abundance of fresh fish etc. Forges-Les-Eaux is only 20 mins away, which is a lovely old spa town with many shops and restaurants and the grand casino, which houses a small nightclub which welcomes families and has regular live music at the weekends.
