About the location

Located at 1000 metres above sea level in a quiet valley. The Col de la Forclaz has spectacular views over Lake Annecy. There are four local restaurants in the village of Montmin. The Pricaz with dominating views of the Lake.

The property is located in a dead end street, so no through traffic. The nearest village for shopping for groceries is Faverges where the markets are held every Wednesday morning. Thones markets are held every Saturday morning. Thones is the entrance to the Col des Aravis.

How to get here

Geneva Airport is a little over 1 hour away and Lyon airport 2 hours. The only access is by car and be sure to have chains in the winter. If travelling by train you would go to Annecy and then you would need to hire a car. Precise details on accessing the property will be given upon rental.
