If you have always wanted your own 'castle' then this beautiful Perigourdine house is as close as you get. 

Perfect for family holidays or group of friends it offers spectacular views, wonderful outside dining and swimming and every activity you could possibly want on your doorstep.

There is a babysitter available if required at an extra charge and there is also a gourmet chef who delivers food to the house when ordered.

During high seasons, total privacy is assured as the owners do not live on site.  In the off seasons, special rates can be negotiated for smaller groups or couples, as the owners will be on site.  For example, the entire ground floor is available from 400 Eu per week for 2 or more people, with extra berooms priced between 150 to 200 Eu depending on season.  However, at periods such as Easter, a minimum party of 4 is required.  As the owners will be living in the Tower area, you still have the entire lounge/Kitchen/living area to yourselves, as your group would be the only group there. The 'castle' is beautifully laid out for spacious accommodation of up to 8 people. 

With two large double bedrooms en-suite and two other bedrooms able to be twin or double also en-suite.  The master bedroom is stunning with a large double bath overlooking the valley of St Andre.

The sitting room is comfortable with a large log fire and the kitchen has recently been refurbished. 

Outside is a private swimming pool with barbecue facilities and outside dining.

About the location

10 Minutes from Sarlat, St Andre D'Allas has its own bakery a 10 minute walk away. 

Throughout the summer Sarlat has an extensive programme of music and arts for all ages.  The town also has a wonderful food market each Wednesday and Saturday whilst Le Bugue offers an organic market on Tuesday and St Cyprien on Sunday.

Fly to Bergerac and drive, only 1 1/2 hours away. 

From the motorway junction at Souillac it is 40 minutes to Sarlat then 10 minutes to St Andre D'Allas.  Please contact us for a map.
