'Elegance in Arles' comprises:

Lower floor

• Laundry room - down a few stairs to this room with washer and dryer and a half bath.

Ground floor

• Living / dining room - as you enter the house through an ancient wood door, you step into the living/dining room. Decorated with some modern furnishings accented by carefully chosen antiques, the original stone walls and overhead beams give it old world charm. The room faces the street and the famous amphitheater.
• Sitting area - has a sofa and easy chairs, and dining table with 4 chairs, all enjoy a wonderful view of the Roman amphitheatre Les Arenes.
• Kitchenette - this is in an alcove at the back of the living/dining room and is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave.

First floor

• Bedroom one - a queen bedroom with a full bathroom ensuite with antique claw-foot tub with shower. The fireplace, antique tables and chairs, four poster bed with exquisite linen, and beautiful view to the street give this bedroom a special ambiance.

Second floor

• Bedroom two - is also a queen bedroom and has the same accommodation as bedroom one.

The house has recently been equipped with 3 air conditioning units.
