Set in a serene residential area, a few minutes walk to the sea, Le Pavillon, is a lovely garden cottage and is situated in the grounds of the owner's majestic old house.

Large French windows open out onto a terrace overlooking a turquoise, fully tiled pool of exclusive use and a luxuriant garden of lemon trees, palm trees, oleanders and other exotic plants.

The nearest beach is 300m down the road and the famous resort of St Raphaël with its large sandy beach, restaurants, shops and nightlife only 2 km from the house.

• Dining / sitting room - with TV satellite. It opens onto the garden and the terrace, ideal for barbecue and dining outdoors.
• Double bedroom
• Mezzanine - reached by staircase and is enclosed. Contains twin beds (suits children; 1.60m in the center).
• Shower room - with WC

There is an independent adjacent twin bedroom with exterior access, shower room and separate WC.

There is an enclosed garden, electric gate, inside parking, swimming pool (5m x 10m, exclusive use), garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.

About the location

Located in a quiet neighbourhood the cottage is 1 km away from Santa Lucia Marina and Boulouris village, both places offering small shops and numerous restaurants facing the water, and 2 km  from the city centre. Leclerc hypermarket is also 2 kms from the house.

During the summer months, St Raphael, Frejus and surrounding villages organize cultural and entertainment activities: concerts, parades, medieval festivity, lively street markets and fireworks.

Visit Antibes Marineland, Luna park and Aqualand to the delight of the youngsters.

A short and scenic drive (or equally scenic train ride) will lead you to the heart of the worldwide famous towns of Cannes, Monaco, Nice…. . If you rather want to enjoy the sea, why not try the shuttle boat leaving from the dock of St Raphael to visit St Tropez?

There is a bus stop 300m from the property which can take you directly to the city centre of St Raphael
