This is a perfect family holiday home, brand new with an enclosed pool overlooking a beautiful valley. 

It has a 40m² covered terrace where you can still eat outside on the rare days when it is not so sunny.

This is a peaceful setting where you can enjoy good food, swimming under the stars with a beautifully lit pool.

Holiday Accommodation at La Petite Maison

This new house has a south facing long covered terrace to the front with garden furniture and barbecue.

  • The main room includes an american kitchen, with all amenities.  It has french windows opening onto the covered terrace which overlooks the valley and faces south.
  • Two other small windows overlook another small terrace which is perfect for breakfast in the morning.
  • The main bedroom includes a king size bed and fitted wardrobe. 
  • The other bedroom has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe. A travel cot is available.
  • Both bedrooms have fitted cupboards.
  • The shower room is a walk in wet room which includes the toilet and a wash hand basin.
  • The pool is 5 x 10 metres and is for your exclusive use. In the pool, next to the steps there is a small paddling area ideal for young babies and children or if you wish to relax with a drink in the evening and look at the stars which are numerous in this area.  It is also floodlit at night.
  • There is a pool house which perfect if you want some shade, it has a table and chairs and also a toilet. 
  • Sun lounges are scattered around the pool.

About Ste Livrade Sur Lot in Lot-et-Garonne, Aquitaine

La Petite Maison is located 2kms away from Ste Livrade, this village has one of the best markets in the area held on a Friday morning, supermarkets with a very good butcher and a very good baker, two chemists, banks a garage and restaurants.

The Lot valley is located in deep provincial South West France.  Generally quieter than many regions, you will find it full of history and a gastronomic delight, with as much sport available as you wish.  

Villeneuve, the major town of the region, is 15 minutes drive, Buzet for local wine about 30 minutes drive.

How To Get To Ste Livrade Sur Lot in Lot-et-Garonne, South West France

  • Ste Livrade is situated between Bordeaux and Toulouse, approximately 110 kms from either, on the motorway A62, exit 6 at Aiguillon, take the D911 towards Villeneuve sur Lot.
  • Local airports are Bordeaux, Toulouse or nearest Bergerac (with airlines like Ryanair or Flybe), car hire are available at these airports.
  • The nearest train station is Agen (30 minutes away) with Eurostar to Lille and the TGV to Agen (about 9 hours).
  • Paris is 4 hours away by TGV.
