A play area with a large swing is there for children. For unforgettable outdoor meals you have a lovely wood shaded terrace equipped with wooden table and chairs facing the countryside, a beautiful 100 year old olive tree and the pool.

The house is composed of the following:

Ground floor:

• Vast living area of 56m² looking onto the garden with large sliding French windows which includes the kitchen, dinning area and living room. The living-room, equipped with a television, DVD player, Hi-Fi and I DOCK, and the kitchen open onto the dinning space. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher and a freezer.
• Two bedrooms of 12m² each with twin beds plus French windows on terrace and garden.
• Large bathroom with bath.
• Separate toilettes.

First floor:

• Two large bedrooms with double beds both with view on the garden.
• Bathroom with shower.
• Laundry room.

About the location

Charming typical Languedoc village, between sea and mountains. Viols-le-Fort is a close to the Pic St Loup with it’s famous A.O.C. vineyards. The village ideally situated to satisfy all type of interests: 30km from the beach and lakes, 30km from the beautiful Cévènnes mountains, 15km from the Gorges of the Herault, 23km from Montpellier.

Within one hour you will reach the famous local attractions such as Uzès, with is fabulous typical French market, the harbour city of Sète, Nîmes, the Pont du Gard…
