In June 2012, we enjoyed very warm days with temperatures in high 20s C   and our pool temperature reached 32 C !!!

Four superb holiday gites in rural Gascony.  Situated in a converted 18th century granary, the gites have been recently refurbished to the highest standard. We have 5 acres of land which includes a large well kept garden with shady areas under a variety of trees. There is also a private fishing lake and picnic area in a natural woodland reserve. We also have WIFI in each gite. Our guests can enjoy the many different aspects of the estate. Respite from summer heat also comes in the form of our 9 x 4.5 metre heated salt water swimming pool with its solar shower. If a golden tan is required the pool area with its loungers and parasols is a natural suntrap.

We have a BBQ area which proves very popular for al fresco dining, and competitive games of Boules often materialise in after dinner challenges.

The freshest air blows through our land and onto the fields that surround us. You'll see our very friendly neighbours, farmer, wine producers and Armagnac makers going about their daily business.

We hope to be able to welcome you to this very special part of France.

About Justian in Gers, Midi Pyrenees

Set in the heart of the Gers, we are 7kms from the historic town of Vic Fezensac with its bars, restaurants, amenities, The town has regular weekly markets and in the summer has special night markets. There are also festivals including "Tempo Latino" when the whole town comes alive with salsa and partying.

How To Get To Justian in Gers, South West France

Geographically we are between Auch and Condom, the regions main towns, with Vic Fezensac an easy 7km away.

Low cost airlines fly to Toulouse which is about 90 minutes drive from us. Most often guests drive from the Channel or other French coastal ports using the wonderful French motorway network.
