About the location

The villa is situated in the dramatic landscape of the Loup Valley with the River Loup running just below. On the edge of the small village of Pont du Loup, the village contains a cheerful local bistro and an auberge restaurant (both within 200m). The village also has a local tourist attraction of a small confiserie making jam and sweets.

The villa is set just near a quiet crossroad with one road leading north past a waterfall and through tunnels to the mountain plateaus of the pre-Alps. The road south follows the river Loup down to the coast and the beach at Cagnes-sur-mer. The third road leads to the spectacular medieval village of Tourettes and the historic old town of Vence.
