Le Pommereu is a luxuriously converted Farmhouse to rent for your holidays, combining a gite and apartment in total catering for up to 20 people comfortably, but also available to rent in 3 parts. 

Our attractive stone house has been tastefully restored to the highest standards, we feel sure that you will enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday here at our delightful house in Normandy.

The large converted centrally heated farmhouse is set in extensive gardens and comprises:

Ground floor

• Entrance hall - spacious open plan entrance hall, with a staircase leading to the first floor.
• Kitchen / dining room - the kitchen is beamed but modern with dining area and includes American fridge freezer, marble worktop, integrated oven, microwave and dishwasher. A large dining table that seats 10 and can be extended to seat more.
• Utility room - with washing machine and tumble drier.
• Lounge - is beamed with granite fireplace, has a 42 inch flat screen LCD TV (English and French channels), DVD player with films, Bang & Olufsen music system, games and books.
• Conservatory - overlooking the garden and surrounding fields, is ideal for reading and relaxing.
• Cloakroom
• Small office - with unlimited internet access and landlines phone calls to England and France (available for an extra charge).

First floor

• 3 bedrooms - each have en-suite shower or bathroom. The two largest bedrooms each have a king size bed and 2 extra single beds and the third a double bed, in total accommodating 10 guests.

Outside

The house has a large terrace with table, chairs and a barbecue overlooking the garden. The house has plenty of parking space.

About the location

Le Pommereu is located on the outskirts of the village of Vergoncey in Lower Normandy near the border with Brittany. The area is easily accessible from the ferry ports of St Malo, Cherbourg, Caen, Le Harve, and Dieppe and 4 hours drive from the channel tunnel.

From N175 take exit No 34 sign posted Mt St Michel the farmhouse is situated 12km from the exit. Full direction will be issued on receipt of a deposit for your holidays.
