Domus Aeloi Villa is in the heart of a traditional French hilltop village, tastefully renovated with stunning views from terraces and balcony. Complete with swimming pool where you can eat Al Fresco day and night.

All services are close at hand in Limoux: the town square is about 5 kms away. It is an excellent base from which to explore the numerous attractions of this fascinating region or to be enjoyed as a peaceful and beautiful place in which to relax.

About the location

Situated in the tiny village of Pauligne, the town of Limoux is a 5 minute drive away and the historic town of Carcassonne is a 30 minute drive.

Pauligne is an ideal centre for a special holiday, situated just an hour from the Mediterranean Sea or the high peaks of the Pyrenees in an area of great historical and natural interest.

Limoux is famous for its sparking wine "Blanquette/Cremant de Limoux". The town itself boasts several bars and restaurants situated around a charming town square.

This is an ideal base to visit the mediaeval city of Carcassonne and the enigmatic Cathar castles of the Aude; whilst the small ski resorts of Camurac and Les Angles are just an hour's drive away.

RYANAIR - Flights from East Midlands, Liverpool and Stansted airports to Carcassonne airport (30 minute drive to Pauligne).

BA / EASYJET - flights from Gatwick to Toulouse (an hours drive to Pauligne)

BA / AIR FRANCE / KLM - Flights from Birmingham, Newcastle, Manchester, Edinburgh, Southhampton to Toulouse
