The house has a complete heating system, with modern plumbing and electricity throughout.
Outside
It has a garden all around landscaped with lotus basin and a small pool. The property sits on a little over 3000 Sq. meters in front of a vineyard overlooking the montains, approximately 6 km of Uzès. The swimming pool is quite small (3x3 meters), but there is a swimming pump against the flow.
The property is suitable for short and long term rental, 12 months up to two years.

About the location
Blauzac is a quiet hillside farming village along a valley of vineyards, fruit and olive orchards, and lavender fields. The village, which is dominated by its chateau, has a grocery/bakery/pastry strore, two bar-restaurant, a post office and a mairie. There is a farmers market in Uzes on wednesday mornings and a big market on saturday mornings. The local wine cooperative is in Bourdic (3 Km).
