 La Vieuville is just 10 mins from the coast with a choice of dozens of beautiful beaches, coastal walks, sightseeing, shopping, restaurants, bars and activities. However the apartment in itself is very tranquil and well equipped to allow a very relaxing time when you are not out and about. .

The apartment has a wonderful terraced area, equipped with garden furniture together with barbecue for alfresco dining, situated a good (30m) distance from the pool.

There is a heated swimming pool (5 x 10 meters) with security fence for residents' use from mid June to mid September, 0900-1200 hrs and 1400-2000 hrs. Changing room with shower/wc.

There is plenty of space for children to play games or cycle within the grounds.
The courtyard infront of the apartment is ideal for Boules whilst enjoying a glass of something cold!

About the location

This lovely residence is located on the outskirts of the delightful town of Pleurtuit only minutes drive from the very popular Edwardian sea-side resort of Dinard.

All your immediate needs are found at Pleurtuit a short distance away (1 km) these include: supermarket, bakery, cafe/bar/newsagent, restaurant, creperie, chemist, bank ....

The Port of St Malo well worth a visit to stroll around the walled old town with museum and eat at one of the many seafood restaurants. Fascinating aquarium on outskirts of St Malo. Seaside resort of Dinard has beautiful sandy beaches, water sports, indoor fresh sea water pool, riding and a fantastic Casino. The very popular medieval town of Dinan only 15 minutes drive and the Impressive Mont St Michel 50 km.

Hypermarkets and extensive range of shops can be found at Dinan/Dinard and St Malo.

How to get here

The ferry port of St Malo (15 mins) - Brittany Ferries channel crossing: Portsmouth-St Malo, Condor Ferries have a daily car and passenger service from Weymouth and Poole to St Malo (May to September).

International Airport at Dinard (5 mins) - Ryan Airways - Stansted, East Midlands, to Dinard (discounted flights available if you book well in advance).

Further afield but very economical ferry prices: Dover - Calais crossing (Company SeaFrance) 280 miles drive to Malo, the roads are excellent and why not stop at Honfleurs for lunch by the habour (near Le Havre) beautiful place you certainly won't  be disappointed!

• Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request.
• Long Winter lets available at very reasonable rates, please contact us for further details. 
• During cold spells (from October to April), guests will be accountable for the electricity they consume at local tariff rates.
