Le Mimosa is a large 5 bedroom (sleeps up to 13) luxury equipped villa with a private heated pool & heated toddler pool just a minutes walk from a wonderful village offering bars/cafes, restaurants and street markets. It is just 6 minutes from 'Blue Flag' sandy beaches and makes an ideal holiday home for families sharing. Our villa makes a perfect getaway for those wanting a quick, easy trip to excellent beaches and sunshine. 

Le Mimosa has all the modern comforts you would expect when renting a quality holiday home. You will delighted with our facilities - projector home cinema TV with full sky+ sports, movie and children’s packages, huge motorised screen, quality surround sound, Wii console with a selection of interactive games for the whole family to enjoy,  ipod docking station, Jacuzzi baths, heated main & toddler swimming pools. All master beds have luxury mattress toppers for maximum comfort and 100% cotton linen to ensure a good nights sleep.

The large grassed garden is fully enclosed. There is parking at the front of the villa for up to 3 cars allowing all the garden area as one huge play area!

The large back terrace overlooking the pool and gardens, has plenty of seating and shade.  The large chimmney style BBQ is ideally located just next to the terrace.

We specially cater for families with children and have tried to make your holiday as easy as possible!  The children will be entertained with the swings, slide, sandpit, table tennis table, main pool, toddler pool, huge library of videos (around 50 classic Walt Disney) dressing up clothes, train sets, building blocks, farms, dinosaurs and animal figures, books, Wii console with games, plus anything else I can think of as a mum myself that I know kids love!

We also offer within the price a push chair, high chair, travel cot and bedding, changing mat, steriliser, bottle warmer, baby bath, bouncer, food blender, toddler crockery and cutlery as well as a  table and chairs especially for the little ones to eat at if they dont want to be with the grown ups.

Le Mimosa is a 5 bedroom detached villa and comprises:

• Sitting room - large room were you can indulge in your very own home cinema by watching your favourite shows on a Projector TV with huge motorised screen - excellent for watching either sports, 'the tweenies' or a good old fashion film. There is a huge video library for family entertainment with lots of top titles, plus a Wii console with a selection of interactive games for the whole family to enjoy and have fun with. There are lots of toys, games and dressing up clothes for the kids as well as train sets, building blocks, dolls house and a wooden rocking horse. You will be delighted to find so many new games and toys for the kids to enjoy - Happy children = Happy parents!
• Open-plan kitchen/sitting room - is meticulously furnished and equipped. You will also find a new large back kitchen with an additional 5 burner hob plus and extra oven. There are two large farmhouse kitchen tables where you can enjoy freshly baked croissants each morning! We have everything you would expect to find in the kitchen including washing machine, microwave and a huge fridge freezer (very important!) Lots of large serving dishes, crockery and cutlery have also been supplied so there will be no shortages when preparing a large family meal. 
• Bedroom 1 - a twin bedroom (able to made into extra double if required)
• Bedroom 2 - a triple bedroom (one set of bunk beds and adult size bed)
• Bedroom 3 - a quadruple bedroom (with two sets of bunk beds).
• Two family bathrooms - both with double sink units, one with a huge shower, and one with a Jacuzzi bath and toilet.
• Separate WC

For maximum comfort, all double beds have mattress toppers and the highest quality bed linen and bath towels are provided.

Please note - one child’s bedroom does not have an opening window.

About the location

Le Mimosa is only a 2 minute stroll from the centre of Angles. It has a large street market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings - an excellent opportunity to sample much of the locally produced food, including cheese, meat, fish and wine.

Located so close to the village, you can either take a leisurely walk down in the morning to pick up your fresh baguette and croissants, or stroll down in the evenings to a choice of great restaurants. You don’t have to load all the kids in the car (plus all of the equipment that comes with having a family) to have a great night out!

In the summer months Angles organises special events in the square including fun days, evening entertainers, jazz and blues nights, firework displays & night markets. You can sit with the locals and enjoy 'moules & frites' listening to a band watching the kids dance to their hearts content.

The village has its own Office de Tourisme, as well as a post office, two banks, a hairdresser, a beauty salon, an aromatherapist, a pharmacy, five cafés/bars and four restaurants. There are also two supermarkets, two butchers, a fishmonger and a fruit & vegetable shop.
