Located in the heart of the Foret d'Orient Régional Park by the Lac Amance and 600m away from the port, this typical Champagne house has been renovated to a high standard and is situated in a quiet area.

The Foret d'Orient Régional Park has 3 lakes, the first one is used for fishing and boating, the second one is used for canoeing, fishing and rowing and the third one (Lac Amance) is used for the water sports (swimming, water ski, speed boating etc).
